Shannon Kolbjornsen became a licensed Funeral Director in 2007. She has an Associate of Science degree in Mortuary Science as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. She has also been a member of the International Conference of Funeral Services Examining Boards since 2007.

Kandy P. Lainez has lived in La Puente for the last 30 years. She attended Bassett High School and then Mt. San Antonio College, where she received her credentials for Early Childhood Education. Throughout High School and College, community service has always been one of her passions, she has been involved in M.A.D,LAMBDA, M.E.C.H. D.A.R.E. and other community related organizations.

Christina Lopez recently joined the Queen of Heaven Mortuary team in June of 2011 as a Licensed Funeral Director. She also had several years experience as Service Director prior to joining the team. Christina has a Bachelors degree from CSULA and will be furthering her education.

Cynthia Bobette Ochoa has been a resident of El Monte for 20 years, she attended Nogales High School in La Puente, Married to Lionel Ochoa Jr. and raised a family of 7 children and going on their 11th grandchild. Cynthia joined Queen of Heaven as a Service director and now is beginning to meet with families as a Funeral Arranger. She enjoys being a part of the team here at Queen of Heaven Mortuary.

Funeral Assistant, Franklyn joined Queen of Heaven Mortuary in August of 2011. He is a full time college student studying graphic design and working his way to getting a Bachelors in Fine Arts. In his free time he enjoys going to music events, camping, and spending time with family & friends.

Angelica Salcido was born and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, where she holds a degree in accounting. In 1991 she relocated to Southern California where she still resides. She has been in charge of the Janitorial Services at Queen of Heaven. Maintenance
